Looking for a role where organization meets creativity and teamwork is the vibe? GES is hiring a Business Development Assistant to support our marketing and proposal efforts and help us grow new client relationships. Role Summary The Business Development Assistant assists in identifying and implementing marketing proposal efforts for the company; compiling responses to Requests for Proposals in conjunction with technical staff; assist in identifying and pursuing new markets and prospective clients; and providing positive public relationships through activity in community organizations and professional associations. What You 'll Do * Help coordinate RFQs/RFPs and marketing proposals * Support business development and client outreach efforts * Assist with CRM management and staff training * Create and publish social media and website content * Coordinate events, presentations, and client meetings * Track new business opportunities and maintain marketing materials * Jump in where needed--teamwork is key! What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and organizational skills * Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to juggle multiple deadlines * Self-starter who works well with a team * High school diploma required * A/E industry experience is a plus, not a must Good to Know * Final candidates will complete basic Microsoft Office proficiency tests If you're detail-oriented, people-friendly, and ready to grow with a company that values its employees--we'd love to hear from you.
