What You'll Be Doing (The Mission): Generate Excitement & Close Deals: Produce accurate insurance quotes, using proven systems to deliver compelling sales presentations, and secure new business. Hunt & Cultivate: Actively identify and build relationships with potential clients through networking, utilize our easy referral system, and effectively close agency leads. Be the Expert: We don't sell on price, we Educate! Consult with clients to deeply understand their insurance needs and recommend the optimal coverage solutions. Master the Craft: Be coachable. Collaborate closely with experienced agency leaders and dive into development programs to absorb industry knowledge and sales techniques.
