Description Responsibilities * Play a key role in achieving Two Eighteen's new business objectives by identifying and managing new market opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. * Establish new accounts and expand business opportunities by cultivating and sustaining relationships through face-to-face meetings, tradeshows, networking events, phone calls, and virtual communication. * Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. * Attend trade shows with the goal of prospecting and engaging potential clients in person. * Preferred experience in sales, event marketing, live activations, tradeshows, or working within a creative, solutions-based agency. * Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a natural competitive edge. * Build excellent rapport with both existing and prospective clients. * Maintain a high level of organization with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Light travel required. * Education, Experience & Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferred; however, a High School Diploma or equivalent paired with relevant experience is acceptable. * Strong customer service and organizational skills. * Outgoing personality with the confidence to excel in client-facing scenarios. * Demonstrated drive, hustle, and motivation to learn. * Strong creativity, problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills. * Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and tight deadlines. * A collaborative team player with innovative ideas who can work both independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. * Committed to ongoing personal and professional development through continued education and skills training. * Benefits * Additional compensation and performance bonuses * Health Insurance * Dental * Vision * 401(k) * Paid Time Off (PTO) Salary $25 - $25 per hour
