Our team is set up for your success: * A Veteran Project Manager (3rd generation painting partner) who runs production after the sale * A strong back-office team to handle inbound lead intake and appointment setting support * A painting CRM that helps you estimate quickly and accurately * A reputation we're proud of--strong reviews and a customer-first process In this role you'll meet with homeowners, create clear scopes, present professional proposals, and close profitable work. You'll also build a steady pipeline through self-generated lead activities and referral partners. Compensation OTE: $70,000 -$100,000+ (uncapped) * Commission-only after ramp * 60 -90 day guaranteed minimum during ramp-up (non-recoverable) * Ramp guarantee amount and length depend on experience * Commission plan * 4% commission on revenue , plus gross profit margin bonus (on revenue): * +1% at 50%+ gross profit * +2% at 55%+ gross profit * +3% at 60%+ gross profit What You 'll Do * Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer goals and provide clear, accurate painting estimates * Build scopes of work (measurements, photos, notes) and present professional proposals * Manage the sales process from first contact to close: follow-up, objection handling, and upsells when appropriate * Develop your territory through self-generated lead activities (networking, referral partners, neighborhood prospecting, follow-up) * Grow and maintain a referral partner network (realtors, property managers, contractors, designers, etc.) * Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, proposals, and outcomes * Create a clean handoff to the Project Manager after the sale (scope clarity, photos, expectations, special notes) * Deliver a 5-star experience through responsive, professional communication What Success Looks Like * Consistent activity that produces a reliable pipeline (not just waiting on inbound) * Strong close rate with disciplined pricing that protects margin * Scopes that are clear enough to prevent confusion, callbacks, and rework * Customers who feel cared for and leave strong reviews/referrals What We Provide * Lead availability (up to 100 leads/month available) plus systems to help you win * CRM, estimating standards, and sales process support * A Project Manager who runs production after the sale so you can stay focused on selling * A strong team and brand reputation you can confidently sell Requirements * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Experience selling to homeowners (in-home sales or home services strongly preferred) * Comfortable with performance-based pay (commission-only after ramp) * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline * Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays during peak season * Basic tech proficiency (CRM, email, mobile photos) Preferred Experience * Painting (or other home services) estimating experience * Track record of self-generated lead production and referral partner growth * Spanish speaking (preferred) Job Type / Location * Full-time * In person, Columbus OH and surrounding area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Company car * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Have you consistently generated your own leads through referrals/networking/outreach?
