Job Description Our sales process is built on a straightforward, consultative approach that allows us to design comprehensive, customized solutions for each client. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers, preparing proposals, and following up throughout the sales process. You will also serve as a primary point of contact to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through installation. Sales Consultants are expected to run appointments, close those appointments, and be present on the jobsite for the initial installation. Sales Consultant Responsibilities * Follow up with company-generated residential and commercial leads * Prospect for commercial opportunities and new residential homeowners through referrals, new-home builders, construction reports, cold-call visits, and canvassing * Network with potential customers at StarTec events, including Home & Garden Shows * Be onsite for new client installations to ensure technicians clearly understand the scope of work * Follow up with customers after installation to confirm expectations have been met and satisfaction is achieved Experience Required * Minimum of 2 years of security sales experience * Technical background * Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through Services Offered StarTec Security is a one-stop shop for low-voltage solutions.
