Kind Smiles Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry (Irvine, CA) We are a modern, high-end orthodontic practice in Irvine seeking a results- driven Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who excels at consultative sales and patient conversion. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and motivated by helping patients say "yes" to treatment-- success in this role is measured by case acceptance, patient trust, and follow- through. Your primary responsibilities will include: Patient Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective patients, understanding their needs, and providing valuable information about our orthodontic services. Consultation Coordination: Guide patients seamlessly from their initial inquiry to consultation, ensuring a smooth and informative experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence. Treatment Journey Support: Collaborate with our clinical team to facilitate a seamless transition for patients from consultation to the start of their orthodontic treatment, offering support and information along the way. Sales Advocacy: Demonstrate a genuine passion for our orthodontic services, effectively communicating the benefits and addressing any questions or concerns to help patients make informed decisions. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the values of KIND SMILES IRVINE.
