(Heavy Phone Experience Required) We are a family owned wholesale bread bakery. We deliver freshly baked bread to the best hotels, restaurants and markets in Southern California. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who prides themselves on providing exceptional service. We have an upbeat, casual and entrepreneurial workplace. The schedule is Friday - Tuesday from 8:30am-5:30pm. Days Off are Wednesday and Thursday. Duties & Responsibilities: * Take orders via phone, fax and email. * Enter orders and prepare reports for production, packing and delivery departments. * Resolve customer complaints and meet customer needs and requests. * Maintain customer database. * Become a bread expert and offer product suggestions, introduce new products and help chef customers choose the best products for their needs. * Advocate for customers to internal departments to address concerns and unresolved issues. Requirements: * 1+ years customer service experience in a business to business context. * Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through. * Proficient in data entry and facility with basic business software. * Must be enthusiastic and self motivated. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to manage time efficiently. * Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. * Must be willing and able to work the required schedule of Friday - Tuesday (Wednesdays and Thursdays off). * Valid California drivers license, reliable vehicle, insurance and clean DMV record.
