(Heavy Phone Experience Required) We are a family owned wholesale bread bakery. We deliver freshly baked bread to the best hotels, restaurants and markets in Southern California. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who prides themselves on providing exceptional service. We have an upbeat, casual and entrepreneurial workplace. The schedule is Friday - Tuesday from 8:30am-5:30pm. Days Off are Wednesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

:

• Take orders via phone, fax and email.
• Enter orders and prepare reports for production, packing and delivery departments.
• Resolve customer complaints and meet customer needs and requests.
• Maintain customer database.
• Become a bread expert and offer product suggestions, introduce new products and help chef customers choose the best products for their needs.
• Advocate for customers to internal departments to address concerns and unresolved issues.

Requirements

:

• 1+ years customer service experience in a business to business context.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through.
• Proficient in data entry and facility with basic business software.
• Must be enthusiastic and self motivated.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to work the required schedule of Friday - Tuesday (Wednesdays and Thursdays off).
• Valid California drivers license, reliable vehicle, insurance and clean DMV record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 per hour
