Full description of the position

The Account Executive role focuses on managing existing relationships, developing new ones, and providing clear guidance on voluntary ancillary insurance products. The position includes regular in-person client visits and periodic time spent in office. * NJ Life & Health Insurance License - Required Before Start Date Key Responsibilities * Maintain and grow client relationships * Conduct in-person meetings as needed * Educate clients on available ancillary insurance options * Facilitate enrollment discussions and sessions * Submit enrollment forms and ensure timely follow-up * Provide responsive customer service and ongoing support * Present information clearly in both group and one-on-one settings * Operate independently with strong follow-through What We 're Looking For *NJ Life & Health License * Strong communication and presentation skills * Professional, polished demeanor * Organized and able to manage multiple priorities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Comfortable traveling within New Jersey for client meetings * Self-driven and able to work independently * Bilingual skills a plus * Background in insurance account management or client service helpful OTE for this role is $80k-$85k for the first year
