Overview We are seeking a results-driven Auto Sales Representative / Closer to sell used vehicles and EVs at our growing dealership in Long Beach, CA. This role is ideal for a true closer -- someone who knows how to convert online leads into appointments and appointments into sales. We generate a high volume of inbound leads through Facebook Marketplace and other platforms. Your main responsibility is closing , not waiting for walk-in traffic. If you are proactive, confident on the phone and in person, and motivated by commission-based earnings, this is a strong opportunity to grow with a dealership in its expansion stage. Duties * Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Carsforsale, and similar platforms * Actively follow up with prospects to set confirmed appointments * Qualify buyers (cash vs financing, readiness to purchase) * Conduct vehicle showings and test drives by appointment * Close deals by negotiating price, trade-ins, and basic financing terms * Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-ups in a CRM system * Keep listings active and updated with photos, videos, and descriptions * Provide professional and honest communication throughout the sales process * Work directly with the dealership owner to meet monthly sales goals Skills & Experience * Proven experience in used car sales or automotive internet sales * Strong closing and negotiation skills * Comfortable working with Facebook Marketplace and online leads * Ability to handle high lead volume and manage follow-ups * Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently * Reliable transportation to Long Beach for showings * CRM experience is a strong plus * Bilingual (English + Russian/Ukrainian) is a plus Compensation * Uncapped commission * Weekly commission payouts * Performance-based bonuses * Realistic earning potential: $65,000 -$120,000+/year * Your income depends on your results -- no limits Why This Role Is Different * High inbound lead volume -- no cold door knocking * Flexible hybrid schedule (remote + on-site when needed) * Direct communication with ownership (no corporate layers) * Opportunity to grow into a senior or lead sales role as the dealership expands Schedule * Mostly remote lead handling * On-site presence for showings and deliveries * Some evenings or weekends may be required How to Apply Submit your resume.
