Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance. Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing. Educate policyholders on their insurance coverage and available services. Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
