What You Will Do: * Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. * Become a Foodie Fit product expert and share your knowledge with customers. * Manage accounts and assist customers with accuracy and care. * Ensure smooth transactions and complete opening/closing routines. * Keep the store organized, stocked, and customer-ready. * Work with your team to meet sales goals and celebrate wins together. Minimum Qualifications * A high school diploma or equivalent preferred * Must be 18 or older. * Customer service experience required; sales experience strongly preferred. * Previous food service or retail experience is a plus. * Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus). * Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills.
