Responsibilities * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and B2B outreach to generate new sales opportunities. * Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer preferences. * Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. * Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities. * Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize customer value and dealership revenue. * Conduct inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand and marketing campaigns. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals. Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle. * Demonstrated skills in negotiation, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and outbound sales strategies. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. * Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage confidently with customers. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline. * Familiarity with CRM software and inventory control systems is preferred. * Previous dealership experience or automotive sales background is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for cars is essential!
