About Us: Oneiro Outreach is a mission-driven consulting firm that partners with nonprofit organizations to create meaningful community impact and increase brand visibility. By collaborating with nationally recognized nonprofits, we represent them at community-based events that raise awareness and drive revenue generation for their causes. We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service / Sales Representative who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and ready to inspire donors face-to-face. Every conversation you have directly supports communities in need, making a real difference while developing a wide range of transferable professional skills. What You 'll Do: * Represent our nonprofit partners at live events, pop-up booths, and busy community locations * Engage with the public, share impactful stories, and encourage charitable giving * Guide donors through the sign-up and donation process with empathy and confidence * Track your outreach and fundraising results and participate in regular team feedback sessions * Attend weekly training to strengthen your communication, sales, and leadership skills Work Environment & Schedule: * Full-time schedule: 5 days per week, including some weekends * In-person, event-based role with frequent travel to community or retail locations * Active, face-to-face interaction with dozens of potential donors daily * Outdoor, fast-paced environment What We Offer: * Full-time independent contractor role * Uncapped commission, with average earnings between $650-$800 per week * Hands-on training and real-time support * Collaborative, purpose-driven team environment * Opportunity to directly contribute to life-changing nonprofit missions Who We 're Looking For: * Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people * Passionate about social impact and supporting nonprofit causes * Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented * Comfortable being on your feet and working outdoors Ready to make an impact and grow your career?
