KBB ICO Appointment Coordinator About Us THIScar is a large digital auto retailer, allowing customers to browse and purchase pre-owned vehicles either in person or from the convenience of their own homes. We are also one of the largest auto buying services in the country. This role is for our KBB Instant Cash Offer buying department located in Tomball (Northwest Houston). We buy vehicles directly from the consumer across the country and are looking for the best of the best to help us with our continued growth. Pay is WELL above industry average and benefits are great. Responsibilities: * This is not a typical BDC role. * Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer. * Engage and follow up with the thousands of leads we receive monthly through phone, email, and text. * Set appointments for customers to come in for a short vehicle appraisal and purchase. * Work hand-in-hand with on-staff appraisers. This is an internal departmental collaboration. * Leverage all software and data provided to confirm and offer the appraisal amount for the vehicle purchase. This is inclusive of our CRM, phone system, KBB and more * Must be able to contribute to a positive team environment as this position is highly collaborative and transparent with all parties involved. * This position will contact, engage, and follow up with all opportunities in the pipeline. As well as coordinate expectations with the customer and store appraiser.
