As a State Farm team member for Dustin Tsu - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Requirements * Self-motivated and driven with a can-do attitude * Coachable and tenacious * Sales experience a plus * Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and people-oriented * Good organization and follow-up skills * Pride in getting work done accurately and timely * Ability to and enjoys work in a team environment * Bilingual - English+ Spanish or Mandarin a plus * Property and Casualty license a plus but not required (willing to get) * Life and Health license a plus but not required (willing to get) Responsibilities * Outbound calls for potential leads * Identifying and develop leads and follow-ups, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. * Back up customer service and taking care of customer needs.
