We are looking for a Inside Sales & Support Coach to support and guide our Residential HVAC & Plumbing Service Technicians throughout the day. This role is all about communication, coaching, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and every technician has what they need to win. What You 'll Do * Lead, support, and coach a team of 5 -7 field technicians in real time. * Provide call-by-call guidance to ensure excellent communication, strong customer service, and accurate diagnoses. * Help technicians build and present repair/replacement options based on the home, system, and customer needs. * Support customers when questions arise and technicians require help. * Motivate and energize techs throughout the day to make the most of every opportunity. * Ensure the correct presentation process and company standards are followed on every call. * Keep technicians aligned, informed, and confident as they move through their day. What We 're Looking For * Strong communicator with leadership or coaching experience. * High emotional intelligence and ability to support people under pressure. * Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus (but not required for the right candidate). * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly. * Someone who loves helping others succeed and enjoys improving processes. * Energetic, team-focused, and committed to delivering great customer experiences.
