As an AT&T Client Sales Associate, you'll work directly with AT&T across Southern California, building strong relationships with customers and guiding them toward the telecom solutions that best support their day-to-day needs. Because you'll be representing a well-known and respected brand, professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills are essential. We're looking for someone who is naturally great with people, confident in face-to-face conversations, and able to adapt to different personalities and business needs. A strong interest in technology is also important, you don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited about learning and explaining wireless, and business connectivity tools. AT &T Client Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Engage directly with local customers, delivering personalized consultations to identify their telecom needs. * Drive sales by presenting and recommending AT&T products and solutions, ensuring clients get the best fit for their telecom needs. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance. * Collaborate with the team to strategize approaches for prospecting and closing deals. * Stay updated on AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. * Provide detailed reports on client interactions, sales results, and market trends to management. AT &T Client Sales Associate Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you love talking to people and building rapport. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals; a competitive, results-driven mindset. * Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. * Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple clients at once. * Basic proficiency with CRM software or willingness to learn quickly. * Problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client needs. * Positive attitude, persistence, and resilience in the face of challenges.
