Prior automotive selling experience is preferred, but we will provide the hands-on training to make the right candidate successful. Professionalism and outstanding customer skills are a must. Job Responsibilities: * Meet and greet customer in the showroom and perform a needs assessment to ensure full understanding of customer goals. * Conduct daily business development work plan activities to generate valuable customer leads. * Follow-up with leads and existing customers at defined intervals to build rapport and solidify relationship. * Learn and retain vehicle product knowledge. Achieve a level of comfort in presenting vehicle features and benefits. Brand training will be provided. * Guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey, including vehicle selection, test drive, completion of price quote and administrative preparation for delivery. * Create life-long customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional experience. Job Requirements: * Must enjoy interacting with people in a professional environment. * Should be highly motivated to create long-term customer relationships. * Possess the ability to strategically achieve sales goals, staying self-motivated and driven. * Exhibit organizational skills to track paperwork and follow a clearly-defined sales process.
