Do you enjoy working directly with customers and helping retail locations succeed? Join our Macomb team as a Sales Specialist and play a key role in supporting our sales team. You'll step in to cover sales routes and assist with merchandising . This is a hands-on role where you'll build strong customer relationships, support supervisors, and grow into leadership. The position requires availability on weekends, and applicants must be open to working weekends as part of the regular schedule. What You'll Do * Cover sales routes when team members are unavailable. * Support merchandising and ordering needs to keep customers fully stocked. * Act as a bridge between sales staff and supervisors to strengthen communication and performance. What You'll Bring * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Knowledge of small format sales and merchandising is a plus. * Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in varied conditions. * Strong sales skills, great communication, and an interest in leadership.
