License Path: No license is required to start, but you must be able to obtain your Minnesota Property & Casualty (P&C) license within the first 90 days of employment (we provide study resources). Responsibilities Outbound Activity: Execute a high volume of outbound calls (250+ per day) to warm leads, past customers, and prospective households. Lead Qualification: Use a proven script to engage prospects, identify their current insurance gaps, and determine if they are a fit for our agency. Warm Transfers: Successfully \"live-handshake\" interested prospects over to our Licensed Producers to finalize the quote and close the deal. CRM Management: Utilize AgencyZoom to track all call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and ensure no lead is left behind. Pipeline Building: Maintain a consistent flow of \"Live Transfers\" and \"Scheduled Callbacks\" to ensure the agency's sales team stays busy. Product Knowledge: Participate in daily huddles and training sessions to stay sharp on Farmers Insurance products and local market trends in Mower County.
