Job Description BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, specializing in the manufacturing and supply of high-purity PEG linkers, biochemical reagents, drug delivery lipids, and custom services for clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Client Relationship Specialist with a strong background in biochemistry to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This is a remote position based in the San Francisco Bay Area; local knowledge and proximity to clients in this region are essential. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities * Drive growth through upselling and cross-selling existing products and services * Understand clients' R&D needs and provide tailored product and service solutions * Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally * Monitor market trends and competitors to develop strategies that foster long-term client collaboration * Keep clients informed about new products and updates to increase sales engagement * Collaborate with internal teams and management to align on strategic sales plans * Conduct customer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue growth * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (required) * Prior experience in a sales or marketing role within the biotech or life sciences industry preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Passionate about customer service, with a proactive and positive attitude * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
