Hiring: Sales Executive - CA/NV Territory Do you get a little too excited about growth, relationships, and winning the right way? We 're looking for a Sales Executive to cover California & Nevada to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who: Has experience in medical equipment, preferably within orthotics & prosthetics and podiatry, OR Is hungry to break into med device sales and willing to outwork the learning curve We 're serious about: * Self-driven professionals who don 't need micromanagement* * A gritty, passionate personality that thrives in the field* * High standards, strong relationships, and long-term growth* * Being part of a team that enjoys winning together* We 're not looking for: * Someone waiting to be told what to do* * Someone looking to work from home every day instead of being out in the territory* * Ego without effort* If you want a role where effort matters, results are rewarded, and your impact is visible apply and lets talk. * Travel is 50% (approximately 8 nights per month) * Frequent travel by car and/or air , including driving long distances, navigating various customer locations, and attending in-person meetings * Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling or working on a computer * Occasional standing and walking for prolonged periods during site visits, trade shows, or client meetings * Ability to lift, carry, and transport marketing materials, product samples, or equipment (up to approximately 25 pounds) * Use of hands and fingers for computer work, phone use, and writing * Visual acuity to operate a vehicle, use electronic devices, and review detailed documents * Verbal communication with clients, coworkers, and leadership in various environments (offices, manufacturing sites, outdoors, etc.) * Tolerating exposure to a variety of weather conditions when traveling or meeting clients in the field Nothing in this position description restricts management 's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this position at any time.
