Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability
• Utilize CRM software to generate new leads and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain a professional demeanor during all customer interactions
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish
• Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations Job

Requirements

:

• Valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• Experience in automotive sales required
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Strong desire to succeed and self-motivated
• Steady work history and the commitment to provide exceptional customer service
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
