We are hiring a Entry Level Sales Marketing Trainee to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. What You 'll Do: * Engage with customers in person to educate them about products and services. * Represent our renewable energy partners at community events, retail locations, and pop-up campaigns. * Build brand awareness through interactive marketing and promotional efforts. * Assist customers with understanding their options, current incentives, and plan benefits. * Support the team in achieving sales and marketing goals while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach. What We 're Looking For: * Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. * Passion for renewable energy and sustainability. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. * No previous experience required--training is provided!
