Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic 1099 Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through business development, account management, and excellent customer service. We know that sales representatives work hard. We strive to reward your work. Your commission is guaranteed and will not be deducted for things outside of your control. We set ourselves apart from the industry by taking care of our people so they properly take care of our customers! Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Pay: -* 10% commission, Uncapped - 1099 - You keep your pay! Your back-end will not be taken for anything outside of your control! Areas: - We service Collier, Charlotte, & Lee Counties! Skills: - Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience in Window Industry - We are looking for Sales Representatives that can sell without gimmicks!
