Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and executing sales initiatives in insurance. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Conduct cold calling to generate new business leads and expand the customer base. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. * Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and services. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in an insurance environment. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce for account management and analysis. * Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively to inform sales strategies. * Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
