We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our medical scrubs wholesale team. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities, medical practices, and retail clients through proactive outreach and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling via phone, email, and text to generate new wholesale accounts * Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and drive repeat business * Present product lines and pricing to potential clients in the medical apparel industry * Process orders and coordinate with fulfillment team * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Requirements * Bilingual: Spanish/English required (fluent in both written and spoken) * 3+ years of phone sales or sales experience * Wholesale sales experience strongly preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with strong cold calling abilities * Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling * Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications * Professional phone manner and email etiquette Work Details * Location: In-office position (must be able to commute) * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
