The Retail Sales Associate at Columbus Car Audio & Accessories plays a vital role in the sales process by converting online leads and walk-in customers into satisfied buyers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and collaborating with the installation team, this position is ideal for car enthusiasts who align with the company's values and culture. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must meet the following criteria: * Basic computer skills (email, internet searches, CRM management). * Customer service or sales experience (automotive or electronics industry experience preferred but not required). * Strong attention to detail. * Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Stable work history.
