Honda Sales Professional Responsibilities: * Engage with potential customers in a professional manner through a variety of communication methods including cold calling, email, social media, etc to generate new sales opportunities * Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently to prospective buyers * Be well-informed of Gary Smith Honda vehicle inventory * Manage a sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software * Negotiate deals effectively to meet dealership goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales revenue * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive buying experience * Other duties as assigned Honda Sales Professional Requirements: * Previous sales experience strongly preferred * Must be a self-starter and have strong desire to meet and exceed goals * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities (Spanish bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) * Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including high heat and humidity * Demonstrated success in developing and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals * Proficiency with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales activities * Must be able to operate both a manual and automatic transmission vehicle * Professional appearance and great customer service * A valid drivers license and acceptable MVR history is required as a condition of employment * Must be able to pass a drug test as we are a drug free workplace Honda Sales Professional Schedule Requirements: The Honda Sales Professional is required work a minimum of 5 days per week, and 6 days on the final week of each month per week Monday - Saturday based on business needs.
