You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and work with a strong self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit. * Required : HIS-Home Improvement Sales (No Experience Needed) * The Job On the sales team at SunTrust Remodeling you will be responsible for nurturing and closing warm leads brought in by our canvassers and inside sales team. We average 2-3 leads per representative, per day. You will be a core member of the sales team and play a major role in the development of both our external business and our internal culture. You will report directly to the General Manager. * Responsibilities: * Manage, grow and develop relationships with homeowners * Coordinate and qualify incoming sales requests * Act as direct point of contact for customer needs * Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position * Communicate remodeling services and drive new business product lines * Create new ideas to increase lead retention and partner performance * Provide in-person and virtual training and product updates Salary & Benefits: * Bonuses for hitting sales goals * On-the-job training and advancement opportunities. * Fun and supportive work environment
