Overview: We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, enjoys helping people, and can communicate effectively to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions * Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock merchandise * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately * Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries * Upsell products to increase sales revenue * Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly Experience & Skills: * Retail or sales experience preferred * Basic math skills for transactions * Bilingual (English & Chinese) preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Employment & Schedule: * Full-time, non-exempt (overtime according to law) * Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays * Employees will receive legally required meal and rest breaks Salary & Benefits: * $20-$26/hour + commission * Generous staff discounts on our full range of products * Paid time off (PTO) * 401(k) with employer matching (subject to eligibility) * Ongoing training and career development * Other benefits as required by law Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
