We are seeking a high-performing Concierge Medicine Sales Consultant who thrives in consultative selling, understands high-ticket medical services, and excels at building trust-based relationships with patients. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a hybrid position with 2 days in clinic and 3 days remote. We are looking for our Medical Sales Consultant to work in our Pittsburgh and Youngstown locations. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities Job highlights Sales, Flexible Schedule, Base + Uncapped Commission, Six Figure Earning Potential Job description This role is responsible for guiding prospective patients through their regenerative medicine journey -- educating them on treatment options, qualifying candidacy, presenting personalized care plans, and closing membership and treatment enrollments. This is a consultative sales role requiring emotional intelligence, medical professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual with a positive and outgoing personality that preferably has elective healthcare procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice. We are looking for skilled "deal closers" who can overcome patient objections and challenges and articulate to the patient why our practice and procedures are a fantastic fit for them. This person is expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in treatment processes. Following up with patients on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this role, as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction. Position Details * Conduct inbound and outbound patient consultations * Educate patients on regenerative medicine services and programs * Present personalized treatment plans * Convert qualified leads into enrolled patients * Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management * Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth onboarding * Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics * Participate in community events, workshops, and referral programs * Deliver concierge-level customer experience at all times * Understands the physiology for each treatment offered and able to explain each treatment as prescribed by the medical provider * Presents financial breakdown, financing options * Achieves and maintains 50% baseline closings with 8-12 consultations per day * Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth. Taking a lead in grassroots marketing throughout the community * Initial Schedule 2 days per week in clinic, flexible hours and days outside of clinic day * Our Clinics are located in Pittsburgh, PA and Warren, OH (near Youngstown) Experience * 2+ years of high-ticket consultative sales experience (medical, aesthetic, wellness, or luxury services preferred) or 5 years as a proven Sales leader * Comfort discussing pricing, payment options, and closing * Excellent communication and listening skills * Professional, compassionate, and highly motivated * Organized, reliable, and metrics-driven * Experience with cash payment options, non-insurance elective procedures a plus * Experience using 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit a plus * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the right range of contingencies in a diverse community * Ability to interact with staff in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 a year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Experience: * Sales (preferably health-related): 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
