I will commit to developing and mentoring you with the intent to prepare you to run your own business (your own State Farm agency or other). Responsibilities : * Develop leads, schedule appointments, follow-up. * Conduct soft calling to prospective clients, introducing our products and services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, discuss with confidence and knowledge the line of products available. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation. * Work individually and collectively to advance the goals of the agency. * Assist with day-to-day customer needs at an administrative capacity. * Manage time according to the responsibilities in hand and the objective and goals of the agency. * Take a pro-active approach with both renewals, customer on-boarding and relationship management. * Proper documentation via CRM of customer interaction and profile.
