We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities: * Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying process with professionalism and care. * Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers. * Stay up to date on Volkswagen products, features, and promotions. * Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features clearly and enthusiastically. * Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction. * Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals. * Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle lot. What We're Looking For: * Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training! * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. * Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. * A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
