Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. This position requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills, as well as exceptional customer service capabilities. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth. * Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and customer engagement. * Execute direct sales initiatives, including presentations and product demonstrations, to potential B2B clients. * Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Experience * Knowledge of Commercial & Residential Construction practice preferred. * Strong background in both inside and outside sales, preferably in a construction Industry. * Must thrive in a competitive environment. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Demonstrated success in direct sales strategies and achieving targets. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
