Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to lead all aspects of our residential and commercial painting franchise. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring every project is delivered with the highest quality and customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will serve as the key leader in the business, balancing strategic decision-making with hands-on management to achieve profitability, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships.
