About Us Roof Repair Specialist is one of the largest roofing companies in the Los Angeles area, serving both residential and commercial clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Known for quality workmanship and strong client relationships, we are expanding our team and seeking a professional, driven Business Development Specialist (Account Executive). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship driven sales environment and wants to grow with a fast paced, well established company. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach * Identify and research prospective clients (property managers, realtors, building owners) * Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person networking * Maintain detailed records and track opportunities in company systems Client Relationship Development * Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients * Reconnect with past clients to promote new services or follow-up opportunities * Act as the main point of contact for key clients and referral partners Sales Presentations & Proposals * Schedule meetings to build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients * Work with team to prepare and deliver tailored proposals based on client needs * Assist in pricing discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams Market & Competitor Insight * Stay current on roofing and construction industry trends * Monitor local competitors and identify differentiators * Provide actionable feedback to leadership and marketing teams Networking & Brand Development * Attend local industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings * Increase brand awareness and build strategic referral partnerships Sales Tracking & Reporting * Track key sales metrics: leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals * Provide regular progress updates Client Onboarding Support * Help transition new clients to operations and project management teams * Set expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables * Ensure clients have a smooth and positive onboarding experience Customer Satisfaction & Retention * Follow up with clients post project to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction * Address concerns promptly to maintain strong customer relationships * Promote ongoing maintenance services and future project opportunities Qualifications * 2+ years in sales, business development, or client facing roles * Roofing, construction, or building services experience is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and self motivated * Experience with CRM tools is a plus * Comfortable with outbound outreach and networking * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and company holidays * Ongoing training and career development * Supportive, team-oriented culture Schedule * Monday to Friday * Occasional attendance at industry events outside standard business hours Work Location * Area of responsibility is primarily in Los Angeles County Why Join Us We are a company built on professionalism, performance, and trust.
