Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support our executive team and daily business operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and smooth communication with both internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the continued success of our sales operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support the preparation and reporting of sales numbers, metrics, and forecasts * Manage customer records and data in CRM and internal systems * Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up and communication * Perform light accounting duties such as invoicing, purchase order tracking, and updating payment records * Assist management with preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials Qualifications: * 1+ years of administrative, sales support, or office coordination experience * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment * Basic understanding of administrative accounting tasks preferred * Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
