We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Automotive Internet Director to lead our Internet Sales Department and Business Development Center (BDC). This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on maximizing online opportunities, driving showroom traffic, and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and motivate the Internet Sales and BDC teams to exceed lead response, appointment, and sales goals. * Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, lead conversion, and customer retention. * Oversee daily BDC operations, ensuring timely and professional follow-up on all internet leads, calls, and inquiries. * Collaborate with sales management to create effective appointment-to-sale processes. * Monitor KPIs including response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and closing ratios. * Implement best practices for CRM utilization and internet lead management. * Partner with marketing to optimize digital campaigns, lead providers, and online reputation. * Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews for the BDC/Internet team.
