Licensed Real Estate Land Agent Bilingual English / Spanish Pacific States Land Company - Southern California Looking to make a meaningful career move in 2026? Pacific States Land Company. is seeking motivated, bilingual real estate agents who enjoy phone-based sales, consistent follow-up, and closing deals to sell company-owned land throughout Southern California. Average Compensation: 78K-280K /year in commission. You can earn an extra $7,300 per month or more in commission This is not a traditional brokerage role. We provide the inventory, leads, financing options, training, and support--agents focus on selling. About Pacific States Land Company We are a long-established Southern California land development company with 60+ years in business. We own 500+ subdivided properties and specialize in helping buyers purchase land through in-house financing with low down payments and affordable monthly terms. Because we own our inventory and control the process, agents can focus on conversations, follow-up, and closing--without sourcing listings or prospecting for properties. The Role This is a high-activity, phone-driven sales position for agents who: * Enjoy speaking with buyers daily * Are comfortable managing multiple conversations * Follow up consistently until deals close * Stay organized and accountable You control your schedule, but this is an active sales role , not a passive or referral-only position. Core Responsibilities * Follow up with provided leads promptly and professionally (phone, in-person, digital) * Qualify buyers and present available land properties * Discuss pricing, terms, and in-house financing options * Guide buyers from initial inquiry through closing * Show properties when appropriate * Ensure all transaction paperwork and digital forms are complete and accurate * Maintain clear CRM notes and activity tracking * Attend periodic sales meetings or training sessions * Close a minimum of 4 transactions per month (required) What Success Looks Like Successful agents in this role are comfortable with: * Frequent phone-based communication in English and Spanish * Consistent follow-up with buyers * Managing multiple deals at different stages * Staying responsive, proactive, and organized Agents who enjoy conversation and follow-through tend to perform best. Qualifications * Active California Real Estate License (required) * Fluent in English and Spanish (required) * Valid Driver's License (required) * Comfortable using the phone, CRM, and basic technology * Sales or real estate experience is a plus * Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented * Strong people and communication skills Compensation Compensation is commission-based and earned through closed transactions.
