Inside Sales & ARPwave Therapy Specialist (Hybrid) - Apple Valley, MN Full-Time | ARPwave Technologies - Corporate Headquarters ARPwave Technologies is hiring a high-energy, people-focused Inside Sales & Therapy Specialist to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Apple Valley, MN. This is a unique hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both sales conversations and hands-on therapy work in a fast-paced, performance- driven environment. This position is approximately 75% inside sales and 25% onsite ARPwave therapy at our headquarters. --- About ARPwave ARPwave is a leader in Direct Current, neuromuscular activation and recovery technology used by healthcare providers, athletes, and everyday patients. Our mission is to help people move better, feel better, and recover faster--while helping clinics grow with a premium, results-driven solution. --- What You'll Do Inside Sales (Primary - ~75%) * Contact and follow up with warm leads, inquiries, and potential customers/providers * Educate prospects on ARPwave solutions and guide them through the buying process * Schedule demos, therapy sessions, and provider conversations * Track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM * Support promotions, launches, and special offers with consistent outreach Onsite Therapy (Secondary - ~25%) * Deliver ARPwave sessions at our Apple Valley location * Provide a high-level client experience with strong communication and professionalism * Help clients understand protocols, benefits, and next-step recommendations * Work closely with the ARPwave team to support retention and customer success --- Who This Role Is For This is a great fit for someone who's confident on the phone, learns fast, connects easily with people, and enjoys helping clients in a hands-on setting. --- Preferred Qualifications * Background in personal training, fitness coaching, strength & conditioning, or sports performance * Experience in clinical sales, healthcare sales, or medical device sales * Strong comfort explaining solutions that involve the body, movement, and recovery * Knowledge of anatomy is a plus (but not required) * Coachable, dependable, and driven to grow within a team environment No ARPwave experience required -- we will train and certify the right candidate as an ARPwave Practitioner. --- What We Offer * Full-time position at ARPwave corporate headquarters * Benefits include Health and Dental insurance and PTO * Hybrid work: sales + therapy (variety built into the week) * Training and development into a Certified ARPwave Practitioner * Competitive compensation with performance upside * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding health and performance brand --- Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,168.43 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
