Automotive Sales BDC Manager Scottsdale, AZ Up to $150k+/yr-Competitve Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Bonuses This is a hands-on management role. Prior BDC or automotive sales management experience is required. A well-established, single-point automotive dealership in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales BDC Manager to lead, develop, and scale our Sales BDC operation. This role is ideal for a proven BDC Manager or Sales Manager who has successfully led teams, driven appointment show rates, and held employees accountable to performance metrics. What You 'll Do As the BDC Manager, you will have full ownership of the department's performance, culture, and results. Leadership & Management * Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of BDC Representatives * Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and develop team members * Conduct daily huddles, call reviews, and one-on-one performance meetings * Establish and enforce departmental processes, expectations, and standards * Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results Operational & Performance Responsibilities * Oversee inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, text, and email communication * Drive appointment volume, show rates, and showroom traffic * Monitor CRM activity, call quality, follow-up cadence, and lead response times * Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities * Prepare and present BDC performance reports to dealership leadership * Collaborate with Sales Managers and leadership to align department goals Subject Matter Expertise * Maintain expert-level knowledge of OEM products, dealership promotions, and sales processes * Continuously improve operational efficiency through process refinement and best practices Required Experience (Applicants Without This Experience Will Not Be Considered) * 3 -5+ years of automotive sales experience * 3 -5+ years of automotive sales or BDC management experience (Must include direct people management: hiring, coaching, discipline, performance management) * Proven success leading teams and achieving measurable results * Strong understanding of KPIs, call center metrics, and CRM reporting * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Preferred * Automotive Sales BDC management experience * Dealership experience Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based bonuses * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Paid Vacation * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Stable dealership environment with strong leadership support * Ongoing professional training and development Additional Information * Pre-employment drug screening and background check required * Equal Opportunity Employer [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
