Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter for Sunly Home at Lowe's Location: Inside Lowe's Retail Store Job Summary: As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a Lowe's retail location to promote our solar energy solutions. Your primary goal is to schedule appointments for our solar consultants by effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy and our services. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products. * Identify potential customers and assess their interest in solar solutions. * Schedule appointments for interested customers with our solar consultants. * Maintain a positive relationship with Lowe's staff and management. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and appointments. * Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Enthusiastic and approachable personality. * Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus, but not required. * Must have reliable transportation for travel to multiple store locations and occasional team meetings in our branch office. * Ability to work 1-2 weekend days per week. *Pay & Benefits: * $17 per hour + Uncapped commission structure with bonus potential. * On target performance earns ~ $62,000 per year or $29.50 per hour * Comprehensive training on solar products and services. * Opportunities for career growth within the company. * Paid time off and holiday pay.
