Position Overview The Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate is a results-oriented professional responsible for creating memorable client experiences while driving sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, is confident presenting fine jewelry, and understands that luxury retail is both art and discipline. Success in this position comes from professionalism, follow-up, product knowledge, and a passion for selling with integrity. Key Responsibilities Luxury Sales & Client Experience * Deliver a high-touch, personalized shopping experience to every client * Confidently present fine jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands, fashion jewelry, and special orders * Build and maintain a personal client book through follow-up, outreach, and relationship building * Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to store-wide performance * Accurately process sales transactions and financing options using the POS system Store Presentation & Operations * Maintain pristine showcases and an elevated showroom environment * Support merchandising standards that reflect a luxury brand image * Assist with special orders, repairs, and client service follow-up * Participate in opening and closing procedures as scheduled Professional Standards & Team Collaboration * Represent Gwen's Fine Jewelry with professionalism, confidence, and discretion * Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless client experiences * Maintain polished personal appearance consistent with a luxury retail environment Schedule * Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Closed Sundays (Some flexibility may be required during peak seasons and special events.)
