We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and outgoing individual to help operate and grow our photobooth business inside a retail environment. This role combines customer engagement, sales, basic technical upkeep, and brand promotion. You'll be the face of the booth--making sure it runs smoothly, looks great, and attracts customers. The Role You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our photobooth(s) while actively engaging customers, driving sales, and supporting marketing efforts. This is an independent role that requires attention to detail, initiative, and comfort interacting with the public. Responsibilities Photobooth Maintenance & Operations * Thoroughly clean the screen, camera lens, printer area, and outer shell of the booth * Ensure the backdrop and surrounding area are neat, inviting, and retail-ready * Restock photo paper, ink, and other supplies as needed * Check cables, lighting, touchscreen responsiveness, and printer functionality * Reboot systems, install updates, and verify internet connectivity (Email/SMS sharing) * Respond quickly to downtime issues (printer jams, software crashes, frozen screens) and resolve them on-site Customer Engagement & Sales * Greet customers, explain how the photobooth works, and encourage participation * Hand out coupons and promotional materials to drive traffic to the booth * Actively sell and upsell photo packages, larger photo strip sizes, reprints, and add-ons * Create a fun, welcoming experience that encourages repeat customers and referrals Brand Representation & Marketing Support * Represent the brand professionally and energetically at all times * Assist with creating short-form content (photos or videos) for Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms as needed * Capture behind-the-scenes content, customer reactions, or booth highlights when requested * Provide feedback on customer preferences, peak hours, and promotional ideas General Duties * Monitor inventory and report low supplies or technical issues * Follow operational checklists and procedures * Communicate clearly with management regarding performance, issues, and improvements Requirements * Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the booth location * Tech-savvy: comfortable troubleshooting Windows or iPad-based systems, printers, and Wi-Fi connections * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Sales-oriented mindset with confidence upselling to customers * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently * Comfortable being on your feet and interacting with the public Nice to Have (Not Required) * Retail or sales experience * Experience creating social media content * Basic understanding of photography or printing equipment Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
