Position Summary
The B2B Business Development & Partnership Relations Manager is responsible for creating, expanding, and maintaining strategic business-to-business relationships that drive revenue and increase market presence. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, generating new referral channels, and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, driven, and independent go- getter who thrives on outreach, networking, and closing new opportunities. This is a performance-focused role with high commission potential for individuals who excel in business generation. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Outreach
- Aggressively generate new business opportunities through outreach to insurance carriers, plumbers, realtors, property managers, HOAs, commercial clients, and other potential referral partners.
- Conduct consistent in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to establish and expand referral relationships.
- Network regularly and represent the company at industry events, business functions, and trade associations.
- Create and execute strategic plans to increase referral pipelines and revenue. Partnership Relations
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and referral sources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, maintaining high communication and satisfaction levels.
- Track referral performance, maintain reporting, and provide updates to leadership.
- Address partner needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed established sales and partnership development targets.
- Understand services deeply to communicate capabilities effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership terms, develop referral incentives (when approved), and maximize revenue per partner relationship. Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, estimating, and project management to ensure a smooth transition of new business.
- Provide leadership with insights on market opportunities, partnership trends, and recommended strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all outreach efforts, meetings, and leads. Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be:

Qualifications
- 3+ years in business development, B2B sales, account management, or partnership relations (restoration, insurance, construction, or real estate preferred).
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to create rapport quickly.
- Organized, self-directed, and effective at managing a sales pipeline.
- Valid driver's license for local business visits. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,200.00 - $9,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
