Job Description We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. This position is responsible for supporting the Sales department in day-to-day pre-sales and sales execution activities, including inbound lead support, proposal estimating in MS Excel, outbound cadence execution, and direct communication with prospects and clients. The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in helping opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline while delivering the concierge-level service Focus 360 is known for in the industry. This position pays hourly plus quarterly commissions. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound prospect and client inquiries professionally and promptly * Provide accurate product and service information to prospects and existing clients * Execute and manage sales cadences in SalesLoft in alignment with Sales leadership strategy * Create detailed and accurate proposals and estimates in MS Excel * Maintain clean, up-to-date customer records in Salesforce based on all interactions * Support Sales leadership by ensuring opportunities are properly scoped, documented, and prepared for next steps Qualifications (MUST Have): * 2-4 years of experience in a professional work environment * High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in documentation * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple active items * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines * Positive, professional demeanor when interacting with prospects, clients, and internal teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency required) * Solid math acumen and comfort working with numbers Qualifications (Nice to Have): * Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or administrative support roles * Comfort communicating directly with clients and building professional rapport * Experience using Salesforce and/or SalesLoft * Familiarity with architectural files such as 2D or 3D plans Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Aliso Viejo, CA 92656: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
