Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Non Medical Home Care Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and promoting our home care services to healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and community outreach. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our home care services to prospective clients and referral sources. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand our client base. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. * Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care solutions that meet client requirements. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint. Qualifications * Minimum of two years of proven experience in home care sales, with a strong focus on private-pay clients. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage accounts effectively, closing deals while building long-term trust with clients. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver persuasive presentations or service overviews. * Proven leadership qualities and a proactive mindset, focused on relationship-building and driving consistent sales growth. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate, detailed records. * Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and support business growth initiatives. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with all office staff.
