Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with General Contractors & Subcontractors
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations (virtual & in-person)
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
- Attend job-site meetings and client consultations
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- 5 -7 years of B2B sales experience (construction industry strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Experience with estimating software, blueprints, or construction workflows is a major plus
- Excellent communication skills (office & job-site level)
- CRM proficiency and strong digital selling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver 's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong spoken and written English
